Actually I'm supposed to meet Kate 10.30am at the market but after my shower, I received her sms that she would call me when she woke up. Pig!! After blowing my hair and packing my bag, I still haven't receive her sms so went to watch the 'War & Beauty' that she lent me. The show was quite interesting and just when I was watching the most interesting part, Kate sms me that she was ready. So I went out to meet her, we had our breakfast first before going market to buy those foods needed for tonight steamboat.

After finished buying those foods, we took cab to Angie's house, bought some drinks and tidbits from her house's NTUC. I forgot which floor she lived so Kate's asked me to go 21st and see while she pressed the lift, we had been to the wrong storey and I pressed the wrong unit door bell. Shit! I still pressed quite a few times before realizing that we walked the wrong direction. So paiseh!! Finally we reached her house, quickly put down those foods cos they were quite heavy. While Angie was doing trimming for the prawn, Kate was busy rewinding the wedding tape cos she didn't manage to finish watching the whole tape at that time. Joan reached around 3plus, 'Wow! so late'!!

We went to play mahjong after watching the tape while Angie was preparing the food. This was the first time that I won so quite lucky on that day but Nick kept hinting that I was stupid. So bad of him!! We had our dinner at 7plus, all of us were hungry but need to finish the last round of mahjong game first before we could have our dinner. Kate helped to wash dishes after the dinner and we had some girls' talk and we play mahjong again. Wow! times passed so fast, it's one plus liao so we quickly kept the mahjong and went home cos the sky was turning dark.

21 OCT 05

Kate meet Joan and I for dinner on Friday night, actually her main reason of asking us for dinner was to ask us to accompany her due to some reasons. As usual, meet Joan first, while waiting for Kate to knock off, Joan and I went Suntec shop then had dinner at 'Fish & Co'. Joan and I were very hungry so we ordered our food first without waiting for Kate's friend. I ordered my favorite sambal fish fillet, although it was spicy but I just love eating that.

After dinner, we went to Eski Bar for a drink together with Weijie, I had a Cherry Brandy Cooler, tasted nice. We played some games and loser got to drink, I was the first to finish my drink but was not because I lose too many rounds, reason was my cup was small compare to theirs. Reached home at bout 12, played pc and actually I want to watch the 'War & Beauty' vcd that Kate lend me but no images come out from the tv then I realized that the cables were missing and I was lazy to go living room watch so went to bed.

LIFE & LOVE

You know you love someone when you want them to be happy even if their happiness means that you're not a part of it.

Don't shut love out of your life by saying it's impossible to find. The quickest way to receive love is to give; the fastest way to lose love is to hold it too tightly; and the best way to keep love is to give it wings.

Dream what you want to dream; go where you want to go; be what you want to be because you have only one life and one chance to do all the things you want in life.

Life is a dark walking game which you walk without torch but with your team members. We do not know when we will collapse ,we do not know where there is a pit. It is similar to that we can not understand what will happen in the coming days. So, every step should be taken with a clear and careful mind. There are ups and downs for us in our journey. We should face those problems bravely, squarely and share our happiness with our team members, our friends. In our journey, we should offer help and love to our team members. At the same time, our members may do the same to us. On the way, we cannot abandon the chance for us to walk but instead with determination and perseverance we shall finish our walk -- life.

Before holding another in any other way, you should first hold them in your heart. Love and affection start there, and everything else that is really important comes from that point.

Never say goodbye when you still want to try; never give up when you still feel you can take it; never say you don't love that person anymore when you can't let go.

There are a few rules I know to be true about love and marriage: If you don't respect the other person, you're gonna have a lot of trouble. If you don't know how to compromise, you're gonna have a lot of trouble. If you can't talk openly about what goes on between you, you're gonna have a lot of trouble. And if you don't have a common set of values in life, you're gonna have a lot of trouble. Your values must be alike.

You know what's the most terrifying thing about admitting that you're in love? You're just naked. You put yourself in harm's way and you lay down all your defences. No clothes, no weapons. Nowhere to hide, completely vulnerable. The only thing that makes it tolerable is to believe the other person loves you back and you can trust him not to hurt you.

Finally its weekend, meet Joan, Kate, Nick and Ken for dinner. As usual I met Joan first; we went Suntec to shop shop cos the time was still early. Saw a pair of adidas shoes which I liked very much but still thinking of whether to buy or not cos it costed $129. Maybe next month then buy cos Mr. Abbasi from Iran is coming to Singapore on mon and he want to meet up with me, need to spend some money treating him dinner. Had our dinner at "Imperial Treasure", we each ordered a bowl of "La Mian" and some side dishes liked "Steam Pork Dumpling", "Crispy Spring Roll", "Pork&Veg Wanton Soup", "Wanton w/Hot Chilli", "Fried Flour Roll", "Beijing Pork Dumpling" but most of the side dishes were eaten by Joan, Nick and Me cos Kate having ulcer and Ken didn't eat pork. Throughout the whole dinner, I was busy eating and talking with Kate and Nick, guess I talked too much le cos I didn't feel full after the dinner.

Kate suggested going to Eski Bar for a drink but we ended up in KTV cos Ken couldn't find parking lot outside the Eski Bar and didn't know how did he drove so.. Anyway singing session was ok for everyone cos we love singing, Angie joined us too. Had lots of fun singing duel with Kate and we played some game too. Too bad that Kate and Nick left 1hr early cos Nick wanted to go home and watched his HK drama. Went straight home after the ktv session, as usual Ken drove us home, reached home bout 2.45am. Don't think I will go out on sat and sun, need to take a good rest at home.

Don't need to work today but need to attend a course at SIM, this course was sponsored by company so can said that I'm kanna force to go. The course started at 9am but I reached bout 8.10am so while waiting for the lecture, I took a "TODAY" and read but not much news to read. Quite a number of ppl attended for this course, had made some new friends. The tea break and lunch that they served were quite delicious **Yummy** But I felt that it's a waste of money to attend this course cos the lecture didn't teach much, kept saying bout what she had encountered in her life and etc but overall the course was quite interesting.

Went to N.B with Kelly, Pat and Sun in the night.. Sun brought us to Geylang for dinner. The food were quite delicious esp the Hotplate Black Pepper Prawn.. Everyone was lazy to peel the prawn's shell so I got to do it for them, I was always the one doing all these.. After our dinner, we went straight to N.B, forever so many ppl on Friday night. Got to squeeze into the dance floor, Kate said she would join me after her dinner but in the end, she went over to Mdm Wong.. "fly my aeroplane"!! Left N.B bout 2.45am, was so tired that I fell asleep inside Sun's car. I really enjoyed myself on that night. But I think I drank too much le, had sore throat on the following day.

Had planned to go JB with Joan and Ray on sat but last min they got something on so got to cancel, I was quite disappointed cos I couldn't get to eat my fav foods. Since couldn't go JB le so as planned, Alan met me for movie, Nie asked me whether she could join us ma cos she also wanna watch "The Myth". Guess this was the first movie she watched after she got chicken pox. We went for our dinner first followed by shopping around before the movie started, I didn't eat much cos my throat was not feeling well. At first, I thought that this show was not nice but.. hmm not bad, quite nice! We went straight home after the show cos I was very tired. Guess going to fall sick le!!

MOODY MONDAY

Don't feel well when I woke up this morning, throat pain and having cough. Really didn't feel like going to work but still dragged myself to work and took half day to see doctor. Alan said need to go to Glenn's house to get some note for his exam so would "longbang" me to see doctor. He met me outside my office and drove me to see doctor, by the time we reached the clinic; it was closed so got to come back after 2pm. We went to his friend's house to get the notes and had lunch there before going back to the clinic.

I asked the doctor to take blood test for me cos I felt that there's something with my health. But I was very scared so I asked the doctor to pass me the pillow to let me hug on it. Wow.. the doctor took 3 small bottles of my blood!! Got to wait for one week before I can know the result, hope that everything will be fine. Got no appetite so had Maggie mee for dinner but didn't finish.. Went straight to bed after watching TV!!
